Ay ay papi = daddy (literally). It is really an expression that is used as a baby C'mon. By Oh! is an exclamation of pain that I translated Ay papi and dad does. But the term has nothing to do with situations in which someone was injured, too.
I thought I was in the previous replies, "Oh Daddy" is an expression of South America and is never used in Spain. "Girl", of course, "girl" in English and known and used in Spanish speaking countries.
Ai Papi's like Oh my god, or very good, or GMOs.
