Sleeplessness true, that means nothing, not less sleep. My mother and I suffer from occasional fighting. Well, if they only go to sleep later, do not worry. get up earlier. It is difficult for you but will help to adapt their schedule. get a hit in the neighborhood or in a sandbox or a park. for one or two hours before bedtime, try to change the activity to quiet and still, like drawing or reading more, view photos, a long bath. believe that they can go through a kind of acceleration of physical development and may actually need more sleep, but it is the struggle against the feeling. is very difficult for the children to understand this feeling and nothing to lose sleep.

and my experience with my almost three years ago, I realized that I apportunity a window from 6:30 pm to 8:30 Clock have. At this time, almost asleep. after 8.30 clock, he is so tired that he is hyperactive and sleep under the circumstances, even up to 11pm. You know, the classics: "I'm hungry, I need to go to the toilet," I want a drink, "I'm tired" ... etc., especially after hearing the window, "8:30" will be closed.

We hope that this might help

BTW have, I often wake up 4 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., feed himself a yoguart and back to sleep by himself. Of course, saying that wakes me during cooking. so far I do not care. Often they go to call my cousin needs help to open it or get a spoon in the drawer or dishwasher ... Spinner Anyway, so little space!

I have my 3 years old who want to sleep less well. Perhaps only to increase physical activity during the day and press bed for 30-60 minutes.

My mother says I'm an insomniac since the age of two years. I stayed up late and watch HBO, apparently ...

I'm 26 and still a Insomniac, I have concluded an agreement on the more deprived sleep.

It could be a little tired. Have you tried to do with him. It could happen only through a new phase will affect your sleep, as if they learned something new. Or maybe just trying to see what to do.

If children can be under stress, insomnia or May, they want to oversleep. Both are symptoms of stress in children and intestinal changes. You may also want to sleep by an increase in cognitive "go" growth that makes children. An adult is similar to, if they become irritated and thinks a lot about someone, it is difficult to sleep. When a child to learn to do the same. I hope the insomnia of his son is perfectly healthy and that is a part of normal development.
