There is a local Web site is accessible only through the offers in your area.

is likely to have a public area. You can read the ads in progress, but do not see history as members of the MLS

ProBaby can customize the site of a provider "to achieve the local MLS access, but also their contact information.

We pay for the MLS (Multiple Listing Service List) is the membership of real estate brokers and their partners have access. They allow us to provide any information on the lists and of course load it. Realtor.com is a great place that is updated frequently MLS. and I recommend it. You can use almost any web site real estate company, even if, as we all work together to sell our lists.
In the field of view of a feature in all honesty, you are always better to have your own agency. Get a recommendation from a friend or colleague, the conversation, or some of them - on your agent and click on trust. You want to pay a representation in a transaction, and because the sellers their commission, why not? An agent makes his list of customers, not you. However, if you do not want to take these steps, you can usually find information in the listing agent in many of these sites
Good luck in your search.
